Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ravide Wellness (Ravide Nutrition LLP), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds below.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at info@drravivide.com.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, refunds or replacements may be issued in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective item on arrival
  • Expired product delivered

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue via email at info@drravivide.com.
  3. The item must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  • Products are returned after the stated time period.
  • Items are not in their original condition or are partially used.
  • Claims are made without adequate proof (images or video).
